Privacy Policy

Clearfield is a brand operated by Aqueous International Ltd (Hong Kong). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We keep it plain, because the trust behind this work matters.

1. What we collect

When you subscribe or book, and when you complete your connection form, we may collect:

Your name and email address
Your location and timezone (so the work can be tuned to you)
Your age range
A photograph of you (or of each named person on a family plan), used solely to make the energetic connection
An optional intention or note you choose to share
Your consent declaration
Payment records (handled by Stripe — we never see your card details)

2. How we use it

We use your information only to:

Perform the energy clearing work you've asked for
Send you confirmations, welcome notes, and service emails
Manage your subscription and payments
Respond to you when you contact us

Your photograph is used for the work only. It is never used for marketing, never shared, never sold, and never published anywhere. It exists solely so the connection can be made.

3. The tools we use

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run Clearfield. Your data may be processed by:

Stripe — secure payment processing
Tally — the connection / intake form
Google Workspace — email and secure storage of member information
Mailerlite — sending welcome and service emails
Netlify — website hosting

Each of these processes data under its own security and privacy standards. We share only what each tool needs to do its job.

4. Children and minors

A child or minor can only be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who consents on their behalf (see our Terms of Service). For a minor, we collect only what the work requires — a first name, a photograph, and the parent's stated intention. We hold this with the same confidentiality as all client information, we never use it for anything other than the work, and a parent or guardian may request its deletion at any time.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a member or client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Photographs and intake notes are kept only as long as needed for the work, and are deleted on request or when you end your membership.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

Ask what information we hold about you (or a minor in your care)
Ask us to correct it
Ask us to delete it
Withdraw your consent and end the service

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat what you share — especially your photograph and your intention — as private and confidential.

8. No advertising trackers

Clearfield does not run advertising trackers or sell your data. We use only what is needed to deliver the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
