Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Clearfield and any services purchased through this website. By subscribing, booking, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Clearfield is a brand operated by Aqueous International Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our"). The energy clearing work is delivered by Edward Phillips, an independent practitioner. You can reach us at hello@clearfieldspace.com.

2. The service

Clearfield provides:

All clearing work is performed remotely. There is nothing to attend and nothing to schedule for subscription clearings. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Important: this is not medical or psychological care

Clearfield is offered as a complement to — not a replacement for — medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care. We make no medical claims and provide no diagnosis or treatment.

If you (or a person in your care) are experiencing physical illness, mental-health concerns, or any form of crisis, please consult a qualified medical or mental-health professional. Nothing offered here should be used in place of that care.

By subscribing or booking, you confirm you are of sound mind, acting freely, and that you understand this work is energetic and reflective in nature.

4. Consent — and working on others

Energy work is only ever performed with consent.

5. Children and minors

Clearfield can be offered to a child or minor only where a parent or legal guardian enrols them and consents on their behalf. A minor may not enrol themselves.

6. Payment, billing and renewal

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscription plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — until you cancel. One-off purchases (Energy Maintenance, 1:1 Deep Session, the 30-Day Reset) are single payments.

7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the necessary consent for anyone you enrol, and to use the service lawfully and in good faith. We may suspend or end service where these terms are not met.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqueous International Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
